The company is co-owned by Bennett Napier, CAE and Amy Bean Napier.
Bennett is a Certified Association Executive and has over seventeen years experience in association and organizational management. His specialty is in board relations, grassroots efforts and regulatory affairs. He is a past winner of the Association Professional of the Year Award from the Tallahassee Society of Association Executives and Executive of the Year Award from the Florida Society of Association Executives. He served as President of TSAE and served as the 2009 Chairman of the Board for FSAE.
Amy is a Certified Webmaster and has over fifteen years experience in association management. Her background includes information technology and systems development. Amy is a graduate of the Tallahassee Society of Association Executives Program in Association Leadership.
The company consists of seven Chief Staff Executives, several of which have achieved the Certified Association Executive Designation. Additionally, the staff consists of two Certified Meetings Professionals.
