A trade show needed new life - We
devised a marketing plan that resulted in increased revenues
of 35% over four years. Attendance soared from 500 to over
800 attendees from around the world during that time period,
and the meeting has become one of the industry’s largest
displays of products and services.
A state trade association needed to reach more members
with quarterly clinics - We worked with the association
leadership to improve locations, marketing materials and speaker
selection resulting in a 100% increase in attendance. The Florida
Fire Equipment Dealers Association's quarterly clinics total
32 hours of continuing education credits per year, and average
75 - 100 attendees per clinic.
An individual membership association had great potential membership, but wasn't experiencing the growth it wanted - We formulated a grassroots membership network that has yielded a net gain of more than 1,000 new members each year during a five-year period. The Florida Life Care Residents Association is made up of residents of Continuing Care Retirement Communities located throughout the state of Florida, and has more than 15,000 members to date in 53 retirement communities.
A national association wanted to develop operating reserves
for financial security - We made recommendations on
expense reductions and revenue enhancements to yield more than
a quarter million dollars in reserves in 16 months. The National
Association of Dental Laboratories is now a thriving professional
trade association that constantly brings new services to its
members, and continues to work on their behalf.
A national certification organization had experienced
decline in its candidate testing - We recommended out-of-the-box
thinking that provided new testing methods, leading to a doubling
of the test candidates in 12 months. Working with the strength
of the revitalized testing program, we advocated and worked with
this association partner to introduce new programs and certifications
that complimented the core certification.
